The Exo 1000 electric fire by Flamerite is both attractive and practical with a thermostatically controlled 750W/1500W concealed fan heater featuring an OmniGlide 2 position tilted front glass making this a great heating solution for your home. The panoramic 3-sided glass enhances the look of the LED fire so you can be completely mesmerised by the realistic flickering of the dimmable flames whilst enjoying comfortable, warming heat.

The Exo 1000 can be made as a freestanding or wall-mounted fire and easily installed onto a flat wall, making this a perfect suite to fit pretty much anywhere. This deluxe suite comes in white or grey colours. Featuring the Nitra flame effect; offering a vibrant selection of changeable colours to suit the mood with a remote control to operate. This amazing look is completed with the Authentic Woodland or CinderWood logs effect for a lovely finish.

This LED modern electric fireplace can be controlled via the manual keypad, a handy remote, or via the Smart Phone App so you can adjust the temperature of your fireplace without having to leave your seat.

Domestic Shipping Policy  

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £200.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and we will email you to confirm an estimated delivery time-frame. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified and the couriers should contact you on the phone number provided. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.  

  

Delivery time varies, please can you kindly refer to the guideline below for details: 

*For Ecosmart Fire bioethanol fireplaces & fire pits-  please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. (For PRE-ORDERED products, please allow additional time, this will be confirmed upon ordering.)

*For Heatscope radiant heaters -  please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. (For PRE-ORDERED products, please allow additional time, this will be confirmed upon ordering.)

*For Flamerite electric fireplaces - please allow 5 weeks for delivery as these are MADE TO ORDER. 

 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 
Deliveries are currently kerbside only for larger items, if this is not ideal please can you kindly contact us before placing your order.
 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates  

Live in Ambience currently offers fast and free delivery! Free shipping currently applies to addresses within the UK mainland and an additional delivery fee of £25 for non-mainland UK.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Live in Ambience is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Live in Ambience is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered with clear pictures showing the damage.
