Choose between 2 beautiful flame styles, the Nitra flame; offering a vibrant selection of changeable colours to suit the mood or the Radia Flame; mimicking realistic warm flames like a real fire. This amazing look is completed with the Authentic Woodland or CinderWood logs effect for a lovely finish.

These wall-mounted or inset electric fires can be controlled via the manual keypad, a handy remote, or via the Smart Phone App so you can adjust the temperature of your fireplace with ease.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £200.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and we will email you to confirm an estimated delivery time-frame. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified and the couriers should contact you on the phone number provided. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

*For Ecosmart Fire bioethanol fireplaces & fire pits- please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. (For PRE-ORDERED products, please allow additional time, this will be confirmed upon ordering.)

*For Heatscope radiant heaters - please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. (For PRE-ORDERED products, please allow additional time, this will be confirmed upon ordering.)

*For Flamerite electric fireplaces - please allow 5 weeks for delivery as these are MADE TO ORDER.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
